Trading, Warranty and Returns

Any disputes arising over transactions between The XS Group Limited and third parties will be resolved under the laws of New Zealand.

Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the management of the XS Group Limited.

We design and manufacture iRULE products to last the lifetime of the item. iRULE will stand behind its manufacture as we fully warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing or materials fault we will either replace it or fix it to reinstate the original function, optionally at our cost. However, this warranty does not include failures of our products that result from accidents, misuse, improper care – including failure to heed label instructions on washing, or normal wear.

If you are forced to return a product under warranty, you must ensure that all shipping to is pre-paid and insured by you. You may return a garment that is not the correct size for you. the return shipping is at the buyer's expense. We must emphasise that all return shipping for all non-warranty repairs is at the original purchaser's expense. We require that products accepted for repair be clean. iRULE will not repair items returned under warranty to us that are not clean, they will be returned to you for cleaning.

Exchanges

We appreciate the difficulties of shopping for clothes on the Net; this is why we designed and developed the unique patent-pending Just Try Me system that allows you to pay a deposit and try your garment on at home. We do permit product exchange based on sizing. The customer is responsible for the return shipping but no additional shipping is charged by iRULE for the replacement item.

Shipping

PACKAGES MUST BE RETURNED PRE-PAID: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. DELIVERIES.

We recommend that you return items pre-insured. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our office.
