iRULE Just Try Me (JTM) Help

So, what is Just Try Me?

Ever seen something in an online store that you think you might like, but wanted to try it on first?

Just Try Me lets you do exactly that. Here's how it works:

  1. Choose your iRULE gear from the shop. Click on the JUST TRY ME button to add it to your cart.
  2. You pay a 50% refundable deposit and the gear is sent to you at home.
  3. You've then got one month to try it out. We don't want you training or racing in it, just in case you decide you don't want it. But try it on and see how it feels. Feels good, eh?
  4. If you decide you like it and want to keep it — easy. Visit your account page and pay the remaining 50%. Then it's yours to keep.
  5. If you're not completely satisfied, send it back to iRULE within the month. We'll refund you your 50% deposit and welcome your comments on what we can do to satisfy your requirements. But you might be interested to know that almost everyone who uses Just Try Me decides to keep their gear – it's good stuff.

Sounds good; let's GET IT ON!

Nice one. Browse the iRULE shop to find something you're interested in, and then click the JUST TRY ME button to get started.

Sounds good, but I've got some questions.

No problems. Head on over to our contact page and get in touch with us.

The Fine Print: Just Try Me Terms and Conditions

Just Try Me (JTM) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conditions of Borrowing

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

Borrowing Period means 30 days (plus 3 days standard grace period) from payment of the Deposit or dispatch of the product (whichever is later) to the date of return of the borrowed product to iRULE's offices.

iRULE may extend this period by up to seven days but only on written request from the customer.

Deposit means 50% of the listed retail price in $NZ of the product to be borrowed.

2. Deposit and Borrowing Allowance

To borrow a product for fit and feel use under the Just Try Me system, the customer must pay the Deposit, using the WorldPay secure credit card transaction system at www.irule.co.nz. iRULE will then despatch the borrowed product to the address specified by the customer.
The customer will be charged for shipping and packaging and handling.

The maximum number of borrowed products allowed per customer is 2 sizes of up to 2 products for any Borrowing Period.

3. Conditions of Use

The customer borrows a product on the clear understanding that the product is only to be worn for fit, feel and appearance assessment. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES may a borrowed product be worn in training, racing or in any form of outside play or activity.

Every borrowed product must be returned in the exactly same state in which it was received. Any stain, rip, tear, blemish, dirt, grime or damage will result in forfeiture of the Deposit.

The customer agrees that iRULE determines that the borrowed product has been returned in an acceptable condition.

If the Customer fails to meet the Conditions of Use for any Borrowed Product they will be charged the full 100% Retail Price of the Product to make good its replacement upon the return of the Borrowed Product.

4. Refund or Purchase

The customer must return the borrowed product by the end of the Borrowing Period to iRULE's offices, failing which the Deposit will be forfeited.

When returning a product the customer must state whether the customer wishes to have a refund of the Deposit or to purchase the product.

If the borrowed product has been used in accordance with the Conditions of Use in clause 3, iRULE will, in accordance with the customer's request, either:

(a) Refund the Deposit including shipping, and packing and handling charges; or

(b) Credit the Deposit in full toward the cost of a new version of the borrowed product, in which case:
(1) iRULE will sell and despatch to the customer a new version of the borrowed product on iRULE's standard terms and conditions of sale.

5. Purchasing the Borrowed Product

You may retain the Borrowed Product by confirming, in writing, to The XS Group Limited your choice to complete the purchase and authorise the use of your nominated credit card for that purpose. The XS Group Limited then uses the secure WorldPay WorldAccess system from Royal Bank of Scotland to complete and verify the transaction.

6. Mail Settings

PLEASE ADJUST YOUR SPAM/JUNK mail settings to ALLOW i-RULE system and customer service and support emails. Timely communication is vital to our service and your satisfaction but we bear no responsibility if you fail to allow our emails to be received.
