Ice on and off 30 minutes
R3 recovery drink in milk plus fitnet whey protein
oliviral cap; propolis cap (must not be allergic to bee products)
vitis grapeseed extract (antioxidant)
Vit C 1000 mg
organic yoghurt and fresh blueberries

bath in – lavender oil, epsom salts, orgeano oil.

yoga sesion 15-30 minutes
